Every year around the end of May, Men's Ministry organizes a fishing retreat. We spend the week-end doing lots of fishing (of course), but the great thing is the bonding that happens while out on the boat, eating, or around the campfire. It's a great chance to build friendships with men you know and make new ones with those that might be outside your normal circle. Throughout the retreat we are challenged to develop a better relationship with God and to take a good look at whether our lives line up with His will. Of course the only way to find out what it's really like, (including the famous symphony of snoring, and freshly fried fish), is to come and experience if for yourself!
